Thanks so much!! I should start some strength training!! cause I do want my arms to be a little bit more toned!! ( new years resolution i guess :) ) anyway yes the little meals saved me you can get healthier and drop weight just by changing your eating…a year ago I was 60 lbs heavier, I got it off by being walking about 3 to 4 miles a day or every other day, and dont get me wrong I wasn’t unrealistic I ate what I wanted sometimes cause if i didnt Id binge randomly…i have kept it off and I dont walk as much as I used to, a few times a week maybe, but its whatever your comfortable with and at your own pace thats how it worked for me. some people would not be comfortable with the weight I am some would want to be heavier or skinner but my size 12/14 is where I feel good at, thats all that matters…hope that helped.. xxo
