And im so glad that Ive inspired you! it took a while before I was able to stay on a heathy path until I realized my path was going to have to be at my own pace with my own rules…thats what worked for me. Starting slow with my diet first not even diet and excersise cause diet alone can help you be healier and drop weight…less white food (bread,pasta,butter) all my favioriate foods pretty much…i did cheat to reward my self but after a while i started not to crave the ceritan things i used to as much…work on ur doet and then ad work out to that..
